ITS reminds Instructors of Record and instructional staff of the fall 2016 start-of-semester procedures and the summer 2016 end-of-semester procedures for managing courses in eCampus.

Important Course Management Information
- Fall 2016 courses can be requested through eCampus Tools
- Courses are created within 30 minutes and include student enrollments
- Summer 2016 courses will be removed from student view on Sunday, August 28

CAS Backend Server Maintenance on Sat, 08/27, 9:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.
Texas A&M IT Systems Engineering will install patches and reboot backend servers that support CAS (Central Authentication Services), Gateway, and other authentication services, which include login access to eCampus. There will be a downtime of approximately ten minutes while the servers are rebooted.
The update process is expected to take approximately two hours, but the entire window is reserved for maintenance.
